An issuer may authorize, decline, hold, or request verification according to its own rules.

For an informed purchase, with the practical next step kept visible, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

In day-to-day application, with the order stage tied to the rule, we send an approved credit to the payment method used for purchase, after which banks and card issuers usually require 5-10 business days to display it.
